WHERE I’M AT NOW
I’m a Product Designer at currently working at Crownstack, where I designed QuickTeams — a B2B resource management platform designed for small to mid-size IT service companies operating on a retainer-based model. I contributed to the end-to-end design process, collaborating closely with product managers and developers from concept to launch. Today, QuickTeams is used by 20 IT service companies across India.
WHAT I USED TO DO
Before transitioning into product design, I earned a Ph.D. in behavioral psychology and spent several years designing behavioral interventions — conducting research, analyzing data, and working directly with stakeholders to improve outcomes. After moving back to India, I co-founded a behavioral clinic, and I also took on the task of designing our website and outreach materials. That sparked my interest in product design. I started learning Figma, took online courses, and worked on solo UX projects to build my skills. What excited me about product design was applying my research-driven mindset to digital products that can scale and serve real user needs.
WHAT I DO OUTSIDE WORK
Outside of design, I am a trained Indian Classical singer and continue to take lessons. I enjoy cooking, painting, and travelling.
